This

Since the wedding occurred days before Christmas, the
couple wanted to feature a floral border that depicted
wintertime without being the overt standard bright reds and
greens associated with this season. Thus, mistletoe was
chosen for its romantic symbolism, with its more subtle
coloring of ivory berries and sage green leaves with
slightly violet undersides.
A custom folder was made to house and preserve the
document, using Japanese unryu and marbled papers with
satin ribbon ties. Its final size is 24" x 32"; its
underlying structure is made from double layers of Crescent
Museum Rag matboard.
